What is an Art Garden?

The Art Garden is a stunning wall-mounted canvas that finally elevates plant life to the artistic status it deserves—prioritizing beauty and exquisite design first, with the functionality designed into the frame. Each piece brings a room to life as it evolves daily, with whisper-quiet technology that nurtures 18+ thriving plants behind the scenes, creating that perfect finishing touch that designers and collectors immediately recognize as transformative when they walk into a space that truly reflects their sophisticated aesthetic.

Affiliate Program Basics

What is the Loom Gardens affiliate program?

The Loom Gardens affiliate program allows you to earn substantial commissions by promoting our premium wall-mounted living art product. When customers purchase through your unique tracking link or discount code, you receive a commission for each qualified sale.

How long does the program run?

The current affiliate program runs until August 31, 2025, with potential for renewal through the end of 2025 and on into the 2026 affiliate year, based on mutual agreement.

Is there a cost to join the Loom Gardens affiliate program?

No, joining our affiliate program is completely free.

What makes Loom Gardens unique?

Loom Gardens is a premium wall-mounted living art installation that combines beautiful design with advanced plant-growing technology in the frame. Each Art Garden features a customizable canvas display that integrates with your home decor while housing an automated system that grows 18 plants with minimal maintenance.

Commission Structure

What commission do I earn for each sale?

You can earn up to $300 commission for each Art Garden sold at the full product price. We also offer a flexible commission structure based on any discounts provided that is outlined in the formal Affiliate Program Agreement. Commission is only on the Art Garden and not on individual sales of Art Garden Canvases or reorders of seed pods at this time.

Is there a bonus for my first sale?

Yes! You'll receive a one-time $50 bonus upon your first qualified purchase.

Can I negotiate prices with potential customers?

Yes, you can negotiate the Art Garden price down to a set minimum amount, listed in the formal Affiliate Program Agreement, in increments of $50. The commission will adjust according to the discount schedule above. Price reductions are preferred when discussing multiple Art Gardens with prospective collectors. For additional discounts due to high quantity, contact Loom Gardens at sales@loomgardens.com.

Do I earn commissions on all Loom Gardens products?

Commission only applies to the sale of an Art Garden and does not include canvases, seed pods, and other adjacent items as specified in the agreement.

How long is the cookie tracking period?

We offer a generous 90-day tracking period. This means if someone clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you'll receive credit for the sale.

Payments

When and how will I get paid?

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 15 days after the end of each month, provided your unpaid commissions exceed $100. Payments are made via electronic transfer to your designated account.

Is there a minimum payment threshold?

Yes, the minimum payment threshold is $100. If your unpaid commissions are below $100, they will roll over to the next month until the $100 threshold is reached and/or will be paid at the conclusion of the affiliate program duration period.

What if a customer returns the product?

No commissions or bonuses will be paid for purchases that are subsequently returned, refunded, or charged back. There is a 90-day clawback period for commissions and bonuses from the delivery date.

How do I access my affiliate dashboard?

After your application is approved, you'll receive an email with login credentials for the Loom Gardens affiliate portal powered by GoAffPro. Simply click the link in the email and log in with the provided credentials to complete your account set-up. You can also access the portal directly from our website by clicking the "Affiliate Login" link.

What features are available in the affiliate dashboard?

The affiliate dashboard provides a comprehensive set of tools:

Real-time statistics on clicks, conversions, and earnings
Your unique referral links and discount codes
Marketing materials and product information
Commission reports and payment history
Profile and payment information management
Direct sharing options for social media platforms
Product link generator for specific items

How do I generate my affiliate links?

You have two ways to generate affiliate links:

From the Home tab, you'll find your main referral link that directs customers to our homepage
From the Marketing Tools tab, you can use the product link generator to create unique tracking links for specific products
Loom Gardens will create unique coupon codes for you that can be used when discounts are necessary, ensuring you receive credit for that sale and receive the corresponding commission.

Can I track my performance in real-time?

Yes, the GoAffPro dashboard provides real-time statistics including:

Number of visits through your links
Number of orders referred
Conversion percentage
Commissions earned
Value of sales referred
Traffic sources
Product performance

Can I see details about the sales I've generated?

Yes, you can view comprehensive details about each sale, including:

Order information
Products purchased
Commission earned
Customer location (country/region)
Date of purchase
Status of the commission (pending, approved, or paid)

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment details by clicking on the "Profile" or "Settings" tab in your affiliate dashboard. From there, you can add or modify your preferred payment method and contact information.

Tracking and Reporting

How do I track my sales and commissions?

Loom Gardens will provide you with access to the GoAffPro dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and commissions for known prospects. Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link and discount codes to monitor performance.

What if my tracking link wasn't used but I referred the customer?

If a designated lead purchases without using your tracking link and discount codes, contact the Loom Gardens to settle these discrepancies within 10 business days from the paid commission date.

What happens if the affiliate agreement expires?

In case an affiliate renewal agreement is not fully executed by the end of the agreement duration, there is a 30-day grace period where tracking links, discount codes, and payable commissions will be honored as long as the affiliate agreement has not been terminated.

Marketing and Promotion

What promotional materials will I receive?

Loom Gardens will provide you with marketing materials, including product images, descriptions, and suggested copy. We may also provide templates for blog posts, social media content, and promotional emails. You'll have access to:

Exclusive "behind the scenes" content about Art Garden design and features
Customer testimonials and product success stories
Templates for marketing content
Affiliate community forum for sharing tips
Monthly newsletter with program updates and selling tips

Can I modify the marketing materials?

No, you may not modify marketing materials without Loom Gardens' prior written approval. Existing company-branded marketing materials will be available for individual affiliate tracking information, but no alteration is permitted and usage must comply with brand guidelines.

What promotional channels can I use?

You may promote Art Garden products through your websites, social media, email marketing, and other channels approved by Loom Gardens.

Can I bid on Loom Gardens trademark terms in search advertising?

You may not bid higher on Loom Gardens' trademarks in search engine advertising without prior written authorization.

Do I need to disclose my affiliate relationship?

Yes, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Loom Gardens in accordance with FTC guidelines in all promotional materials.

Special Promotions

Is there any special launch contest or promotion?

Yes! Loom Gardens is conducting an "Art Garden Champions" sales contest from program launch until the end of August 2025. The top-performing affiliate based on highest total sales volume during the contest period will receive a free Art Garden ($2,499 value). The winner will be featured in affiliate program communications and receive special "Champion" designation.

Who is eligible for the Art Garden Champions contest?

All active affiliates who have made at least one sale during the contest period are eligible. In case of a tie, Loom Gardens will make the final determination of the winner.

Can I use company-issued promotional codes?

The commission structure does not take into account existing or future company-issued promotional codes, which are valid as long as they are used within their original parameters. These cannot be used in addition to or on top of (stacking) any additional negotiated price reduction.

Requirements and Compliance

Are there any specific requirements for webinars or live events?

Affiliates who host live learning webinars must obtain prior approval for webinar content and must invite a Company representative to be present.

Do I need to track discount codes I offer?

Yes, affiliates should track and report monthly on the number of unique promotional codes offered to prospective Art Garden buyers to assist in price point conversion analysis.

What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?

As an affiliate, you are responsible for:

Maintaining current contact and payment information in the affiliate portal
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engaging in deceptive or misleading marketing practices
Clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship with Loom Gardens
Using marketing materials in compliance with brand guidelines

What if I have technical issues with the affiliate platform?

If you encounter any technical issues with the GoAffPro platform, you can:

Will I receive training on how to use the affiliate platform?

Yes, we will provide onboarding support, although setting up your profile is pretty intuitive. You will receive:

Have access to GoAffPro video tutorials on using the dashboard features
One-on-one assistance if needed for more complex questions

How secure is my information on the platform?

The GoAffPro platform uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All sensitive information is encrypted, and we adhere to strict privacy policies regarding the handling of your personal and payment information.

Legal Aspects

What is my relationship with Loom Gardens?

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Loom Gardens. You have no authority to bind Loom Gardens to any agreement or make representations on the company's behalf.

Can Loom Gardens change the terms of the affiliate program?

Yes, Loom Gardens may modify the agreement at any time by providing 30 days' notice. Your affirmative acceptance (email confirmation, click-through) for material changes to the agreement is required and/or continued participation in the program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

What happens if I violate the terms of the agreement?

Loom Gardens may immediately terminate the agreement if you violate any terms. Upon termination, Loom Gardens will pay any outstanding commissions according to the regular payment schedule.

How is confidential information handled?

You must keep Loom Gardens' confidential information secret and use it only to perform under the agreement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, commission rates, sales data, and marketing strategies. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
